Changes to the parent portal incorporate enhanced user verification tools that authenticate parent portal accounts using student data. For the verification process to authenticate, parents/ guardians must ensure the school your children(s) attend have the updated contact information and the accurate email address noted within the Student Information System (SIS). This needs to be completed by the school.
