STWDSTS has created an OPT-OUT form to assist parents and schools keep accurate records of students using the bus service. If you do not intend to have your child use the school bus, please fill out this form. If you require transportation in the future, you can simply re-apply by contacting us at 519-824-4119.
Please note: all opt-out status are carried forward to the next school year. If you have previously opted-out of transportation and you wish to remain opted-out, you do not need to fill out another opt-out form.
