Important:

Parents with students attending schools at the Upper Grand District School Board must adhere to the new authentication process to access student transportation information. 

1. Parents are encouraged to contact your child(s) school to update contacts and emails and notify them who should have access to the parent portal to view transportation information.

2. Parents can download delays app. Click here for instructions.

3. We remind parents if they don’t have a UGDSB parent portal account to create one. Once created they will be able to access student transportation portal after August 19th, 2025.

4. For the 2025-2026 School year, all validated parent portal subscriber accounts in the parent portal will automatically show the students transportation information. If your parent portal subscriber account does not show student transportation information, parents/guardians please refer to Step 1.
