Stay informed about bus delays and cancellations!
If your child takes the bus with the Upper Grand District School Board, here’s how you can easily access their transportation details and stay updated on delays or cancellations. Choose the option that works best for your family:
Bus Transportation Details:
  • UGDSB parents log in the Family Portal at https://family.ugdsb.on.ca/ (may need to refresh the webpage) and view school bus info.
  • Click menu Apps – Transportation to access detailed information.
  • Reset password during the logging in process if needed.
Delays or Cancellations:
  • Download the Bus Planner Delays app on your mobile device [click herefor instructions]
    • Sign up to receive status updates on your child’s bus route, or
  • Check the Student Transportation website for bus cancellations [click here]

  • Parents are reminded to reach out directly to your student(s) schools if you have UGDSB family portal login problems.
  • If your UGDSB family portal account is locked out, transportation will not be able to assist. Please call your student(s) school directly and notify.
  • If you’re resetting your password for the “UGDSB family portal account”. once it’s completed it’s essential to log out completely and then go back in and click “BusPlanner” tile after log in.
