STWDSTS recognizes that parents and guardians may require childcare
for their children. While STWDSTS accepts only one primary
address for each student whom it serves, transportation to and/or
from a caregiver may be provided given that the childcare
address is eligible for transportation within the school of attendance.

1. The parent/guardian notifies STWDSTS of the childcare
   address.


2. The student is eligible for transportation to/and or from
   the childcare address provided the address is eligible for
   transportation.


3. The child care transportation follows a regular schedule of
   5 days per week. i.e. transportation may be provided
   from one address in the morning and an alternate
   address in the afternoon as long as it is the same 5 days
   per week


4. Only stops approved by STWDSTS are used.
