Policy # Topic Type Date Revised

Statement

STWDSTS accepts one primary address for each student whom it serves
When the father and mother and/or guardian have joint custody of a
student, then the following procedure applies.

Procedure
  1. Since transportation is provided to a student based on a single primary
address, the student’s alternate address shall be handled in accordance
with STWDSTS Policy (017) Courtesy Transportation.

  2. Joint Custody Transportation is only considered when both addresses are
within the attendance boundary of the school.

  3. If Joint Custody Transportation is not available; the father and mother
and/or guardian must decide which address is the primary address
Transportation will be provided from that address if it meets all eligibility
    criteria.
